Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Kit Deck, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Kit Deck on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Kit Deck is a production operating system for planning and running film and TV work — including scripts, schedules, crew, inventory, budgets, messaging, and related tools. Features may change as we improve the product. Some capabilities depend on your organization plan and installed plugins.

• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure
• Organization admins control membership, roles, and production access
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms

You retain ownership of scripts, schedules, media references, and other content you upload. You grant Kit Deck a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for your organization. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you add to a workspace.

You agree not to:

• Probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to other workspaces
• Use Kit Deck for unlawful activity or to infringe others' rights
• Resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement

Paid plans, if enabled for your deployment, are billed according to the pricing and subscription terms shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in a written order.

Kit Deck is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed, our liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
